We are pleased to announce during our Panaghugpong 2015 that as of September 24, 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission granted us juridical personality as Cor Jesu College Alumni Association Inc., a non-stock corporation.
This umbrella corporation recognizes alumni from all levels of Cor Jesu College and the former Holy Cross College of Digos. The incorporators are Atty. Engelbert Calgas, Engr. Kendrick Cabintoy, Leticia Cansancio, Hector de Gracia, Dr. Anthony Diokno, Teodorico Dofiles II, Christopher Felipe, Daryl Ivan Hisola, Melody Malnegro, Dr. Dexter Masongsong, Domingo Plaza, Atty. Jose Carlos Pancho, Rey Rafailes and Engr. Nelson Tandug.
All incorporators are also the first trustees of the corporation except for Engr. Nelson Tandug, who is an ex-officio member being the External and Alumni Affairs Officer of Cor Jesu College. The first corporate officers are Atty. Engelbert Calgas – Chairman and President, Leticia Cansancio – Corporate Secretary, and Engr. Kendrick Cabintoy – Treasurer.
